Outreach Manager (Women's Services)


We are looking for a motivated and experienced women’s case worker and manager to join our team. The role will be responsible for the development, implementation and running of Yada’s outreach services, The Esther Project (TEP), management of the TEP staff and volunteer teams and for the development of our network and partnership work across the West Sussex coast.

Experience of supporting women with complex needs and managing a small team is essential, along with the ability to work within Yada’s vision, mission and Christian ethos.

Finance, Fundraising and Communications Manager


We have just agreed our new strategic aims for the next three years and are now looking for someone with the right skills and experience to manage our finance, fundraising and communications at this exciting time in our charity’s journey. The role will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement Yada’s financial and fundraising strategy, including developing new sponsors, whilst being responsible for the financial planning, budgeting and administration for all of the charity’s activities and staff. The role will also include oversight of the charity’s communications, including line management of the Communications and Research Worker.

Experience of financial management and budgeting, developing and implementing fundraising strategies, a successful track record of securing funding, managing communications and line management is essential, along with the willingness to work within Yada’s vision, mission and Christian ethos.

Volunteering

 
We are always looking for enthusiastic and reliable volunteers to join our team. We provide a thorough induction and ongoing training for all our volunteers.

We are looking for a volunteer to work alongside The Esther Project staff, helping with Netreach. More information here.

Outreach volunteers will require a DBS check.

Due to the nature of our outreach volunteering roles, it is a General Occupational Requirement that these positions be filled by a female (Equality Act 2010).
