The Training and Resourcing Lead


We are looking for a part-time Training and Resourcing Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will lead on the review, design and delivery of our training offer to professionals, build strong partnerships with local services and organisations, and support networking and partnership development across West Sussex. The role will also involve researching, developing and delivering in-house training to support and upskill Yada staff and volunteers.

Experience of training or presenting to adult professionals, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a small team are essential. A willingness to build specialist knowledge in the area of sexual exploitation, alongside an affiliation with Yada’s Christian ethos and values, is also required.

Volunteering

 
We are always looking for enthusiastic and reliable volunteers to join our team. We provide a thorough induction and ongoing training for all our volunteers.

We are looking for a volunteer to work alongside The Esther Project staff, helping with Netreach. More information here.

Outreach volunteers will require a DBS check.

Due to the nature of our outreach volunteering roles, it is a General Occupational Requirement that these positions be filled by a female (Equality Act 2010).
